The platform is half the equation
Handing an institution an open platform is the first half. The second is getting the people who know the work to build the use cases on it themselves. That is what a programme is for: we run the incubation, the teams build. Of the 23 healthcare use cases in the first cohort, Bayes built none.
A turnkey programme so your own experts build the use cases
Four components, and all four do the same job: take away everything that stops a field team from finishing, so the only thing they still have to bring is what they know.
From open call to demo day, we run the full incubation cycle, so the teams spend their time on the problem they already understand.
Purpose-built AI infrastructure for social and public services. Data stays under your control, never trains a third-party model.
Curated access to AI experts, sector partners, and high-quality data, so every project starts with the best available knowledge.
Ethical, secure, compliant by design. Solutions are built as open-source commons, governed collectively by the institutions that use them.
We help you build impactful AI agents. Step by step.
Each cohort follows a structured process: from framing the problem to presenting a live prototype before a panel of experts.
Problem definition, audience, expected benefits, existing solutions, constraints.
Collect and consolidate quantitative and qualitative data for prototype development.
Technical solution development and test framework design: where, who, how, which KPIs.
Operational implementation and iterative improvement based on real user feedback.
Documentation of results and roadmap for the next phases of deployment.
Live pitch and demonstration before a panel of sector experts.
A program by & for caregivers.

Launched in January 2026 in partnership with AP-HP, Paris, Impulse.Healthcare is Bayes Impact's first sector-wide AI program for public hospitals.
This incubator and prototyping studio connects our tech and AI expertise with real-world clinical needs, assisting medical teams in turning ideas into effective, field-tested AI solutions built as open-source digital commons.
Supported by a $5M grant from Google.org, the program is now expanding across Europe, with cohorts launching in Italy, Germany, Poland, and Spain by end of 2026.
Your AI copilot for social work.
CaseAI is evolving. It pioneered an AI copilot for caseworkers in nonprofits, public agencies and social services. Notes become action plans, profiles update themselves, and teams focus on the people they serve, not on data entry.
The approach it pioneered feeds our thinking on the Bayes Platform.
Built as an open-source digital common and already used by many nonprofits and public services across France, Europe and the United States.
